The books are written in a consecutive manner and will best be absorbed by reading and practicing from Ebook One through Ebook Six.
Each ebook contains text, one exercise to practice every day and an optional exercise for your use if you would like to expand the experience.
The one suggested daily practice in each ebook is also included as an audio guided meditation for ease of learning. Read each exercise first; then listen to the guided audio recording to practice it without having to refer to the text. One of the practices in Ebook Six is not included in the audio recordings due to its dependence on personal length of time. It is explained in Ebook Six.
