As a Master Teacher, Toni shares her knowledge and knowing through written instructional material, meditations, exercises and videos.  The courses are interactive.  Each lesson consists of reading material, one or more assignments and journaling.

1. Classes sent to you in twelve-class lessons. You review your course work with Toni via telephone or Skype after completion of each lesson. Additional conversations are available at one-half Toni's normal hourly teaching fee; includes all additional material as noted below, or

2. Do It Yourself for those who wish to utilize the written material and exercises without personal instruction.

Upon receipt of your payment for the DIY course, you will be directed to a download page where you will download the instructional ebook and exercises, the Meta yoU School of Mastery Metaphysics Journal, You - A Field Guide ebook and the DNA Is the Secret DVD ebook (text of the video). The remainder of the physical material will be mailed to your post office address.
