Jim Arnold, Medicine Drummer

Jim Arnold, the Medicine Drummer, made his transition into purely etheric form on August 7, 2007

Jim Arnold likes to call himself "Medicine Drummer" because his purpose is to use the drum to help himself and others to a more enjoyable and healthful life.   If one needs "credentials" to do this, then his having been a Medical Doctor and now being a drummer of sorts, should qualify him for that title.  But, perhaps that decision should be made in the mind of the observer.   A short stint as a Fundamentalist Minister (licensed) in his youth could also be added.

Jim has been giving drum workshops since 1995. Most of these are done without charge although he has not refused the occasional recompense for travel expenses.  He also makes the African style drum called Ashiko and has added the art of making and playing the didgeridoo to his repertoire. He has a rather large collection of drums (approximately 60 of different types) and furnishes drums for his workshops and for private lessons.

In Jim's book, "Coming Full Circle", he speaks about his life and how the lessons he has learned have brought him to this dynamic place of acceptance. Do visit his website www.justdrum.com to bring yourself into a greater understanding of where your soul lives in this moment.
