Using the Introductory self-directed two week course as an example, your Meta yoU course will follow the schedule below.  For the Basic or Intensive Courses, simply multiply the weeks of instruction:

  Initial telephone conversation establishing your interest in a course

  First weekly or monthly payment (or payment in full, if you desire)

  Day One following your initial telephone conversation:

        Email receipt of first week's instructional material, reading list, 
        meditation and exercises

  Day Two following your initial telephone conversation:

        Telephone conversation to review material received the previous day

  First Week of self-directed instruction:

        Work with provided instructional material

        Daily journaling

        Meditation

        Exercises

        Reading as directed

  Day Six in preparation for telephonic instruction:

        Summarize journal and email to Toni Petrinovich

        Email questions on the week's material, meditation/exercises                  

  End of First Week:

       Email receipt of first week's instructional material, reading list, 
       meditation and exercises

  Day Eight:

        1-hour telephonic instruction period including review of journal, 
        week's material and responses to questions related to week's material

        Review of new instructional material received the previous day

  Second Week of self-directed instruction:

        Work with provided instructional material

        Daily journaling

        Meditation

        Exercises

        Reading as directed

  Day Thirteen:

        Summarize journal and email to Toni Petrinovich

        Email questions on the week's material, meditation/exercises                   

  End of Second Week:

        Concluding telephone conversation; review of the week's journal,                   week's material and responses to questions related to week's material
